Scott Waste Servcies, a Waste Connections company, is seeking asafety-focused Operations Supervisorto join our growing team inBowling Green, KY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a background inlogistics, transportation, or waste management operationswho is ready to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you'llsupervise garbage truck drivers, oversee daily route operations, manage dispatch, and drive safety performance. You'll also be mentored and trained for potentialfuture leadership roleswithin our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and supportsolid waste collection crewsand route drivers

• Assign daily work schedules and adjustroutes and staffingas needed

• Conductsafety audits, toolbox talks, and monthly safety meetings

• Monitor service quality and performfield inspections

• Investigate and resolvecustomer service issuesrelated to waste collection

• Oversee theDispatch Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Maintain up-to-dateemployee recordsand performance documentation

• Administer progressive discipline as needed, in line with company policy

• Completequarterly performance reviewsfor all drivers

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum2 years of supervisory experience, preferably inwaste management,logistics, ortransportation

• CDL (Commercial Driver's License)preferred or willingness to obtain

• Experience withroute management,dispatch operations, orfleet supervision

• Strong leadership, organizational, andproblem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

• Willingness torelocate for promotionwithin the company (a plus)
