Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions for a variety of patient conditions and diagnoses.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on physical therapy processes and home exercise programs.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of assignment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient and acute care settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Experience with a range of conditions including post-operative and neurological disorders.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in using charting systems for accurate and detailed patient records.
