Hope Mental Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment
This position offers a flexible work environment, allowing you to provide care remotely while accessing all necessary resources through our user-friendly digital platforms. You will join a collaborative therapeutic community, engaging with fellow mental health professionals and the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support and consultation, thereby ensuring a rich professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to continuously evaluate and adjust individualized treatment plans for each client, ensuring they receive the most effective and personalized care possible.
- Document clinical interactions in a timely manner using our secure and efficient therapist portal, which includes innovative digital tools that simplify the administrative aspects of your practice.
- Conduct weekly synchronous live video therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based techniques to address a broad spectrum of emotional disorders and promote positive psychological growth.
- Collaborate closely with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment plans, fostering an integrative approach to mental health care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through team consultations and case discussions, enhancing your therapeutic skills and staying updated with current best practices in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work primarily with adults experiencing various emotional disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and encompass a wide array of cultural identities. It is vital that you are committed to providing culturally responsive care, recognizing the unique experiences and challenges faced by each individual.
Qualifications
- A valid and independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC). Holding multiple state certifications is a significant advantage.
- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution (such as MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
- Proven tech-savviness and eagerness to integrate digital solutions into clinical practice for enhanced client care.
- A strong commitment to treating all populations, with a focus on equity and inclusion in mental health services.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in remote counseling or telehealth modalities, particularly in providing virtual therapy sessions for clients with diverse emotional and psychological needs.
- Knowledge of modern therapeutic techniques and familiarity with scientifically-backed treatment approaches conducive to virtual settings.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
