Hope Mental Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Sutherlin, Oregon. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation through our reliable therapist portal, which streamlines the reporting process.
- Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous video, addressing a spectrum of emotional disorders and client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
- Use digital tools to administer symptom self-assessments and progress measures, allowing for continuous monitoring and adjustment of treatment strategies.
- Participate in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to gain insights and best practices, enhancing your therapeutic techniques.
- Engage in community outreach initiatives that support mental health awareness and address the needs of underserved populations in the Sutherlin area.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your role will involve working with a diverse mix of clients, including those facing severe emotional disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health issues. We are dedicated to providing culturally competent care, welcoming clients from various backgrounds, and ensuring that their unique needs are acknowledged and addressed with respect and understanding.
Qualifications
- A master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
- An independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain licensure, with additional state licenses viewed as a significant advantage.
- A strong commitment to serving diverse populations and providing culturally responsive care interventions.
- Demonstrated proficiency and comfort level with technology, enhancing the use of digital solutions to improve clinical practice.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with telehealth practices.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatric staff and fellow counselors.
- Specialization in trauma-informed care or experience treating individuals with suicidal ideation is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer comprehensive benefits, which include:
