• G r adu a ti o n f r o m a n a cc r ed it e d c o l l eg e o r u n i v e r sity with a Master's degree in Finance , B u si ne ss A d m i n ist r a ti o n , R ea l E s ta t e , U r b a n P l ann i ng , o r a d i r e c t ly r e l a t e d f i e l d , p l u s two ( 2 ) y e a r s o f e x pe r i e n ce in
