Responsibilities

• Work closely with business units to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Assist in creating detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Support testing efforts including user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
• Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
• Coordinate communications between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer science, Softwear engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage team expectations and foster collaboration.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in User interface/User experience field
• Has decent knowledge of software development languages and tools (Eg. C#, Java, HTML, CSS, Angular, JavaScript ...)
• Has decent knowledge in User interfaces design tools (Eg. Figma, Adobe xd, sketch ...)
• Has basic understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in usability testing
