The Department of Management invites applications for an Assistant Teaching Professor (non-tenure track) specializing in Human-Technology Integrative Change Management. This specialized role is designed to lead curricula specifically designed to impart critical knowledge and tools to equip students with cutting edge capabilities in leading organizations through integrating human capital management, leadership, and managing through technology driven organizational change.
The candidate will be expected to contribute in the following ways
Develop curriculum and teach courses related to organizational leadership in evolving digital organization. Provide instructional support to other faculty within the department in leading organizations through innovative efforts at the intersection of human capital and digital technologies. Facilitate instructional alignment with industry-standard certifications in organizational leadership and digital transformation.
Requirements
A Doctorate (Ph.D. or DBA) in Management or closely related discipline. Evidence of expertise in leadership, organizational behavior or human resource management, and leading technology focused organizational transformation.
