Evaluate and manage patients with diabetes and metabolic disorders; Employ diabetes technologies, including insulin pump therapies and continuous glucose monitors to optimize the care of patients with diabetes; Manage patients with endocrine disorders and other complex medical problems through interdisciplinary coordination, liaising with other specialists to facilitate holistic, patient-centered care; Provide advice to patients and refer healthcare providers; Order and perform tests and interpret results; Discuss diagnoses with patients, explaining treatment options, giving advice on medications, lifestyle, dietary changes, and other preventative measures; and Conduct follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, and update patient records for endocrine patients.
Required Minimum Position Qualifications: Doctorate in Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, or foreign equivalent.

Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Connecticut
