Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to develop a plan to perform Oracle cloud transformation.

Implementation of all technology components as well as processes.

Agile scrum Master with development and database technology experience.

Oversee the implementation of the plan on behalf of stakeholders to time, quality and cost

Implementation of Governance Structure utilizing consistent decision making processes

Adherence to agreed schedule & timelines

Delivery within cost & budget

Management of risks & issues

Identification of critical Dependencies

Stakeholders engagement and expectations management

Resources Management and timekeeping

Skills

Must have

10 yrs+ experience in Project Management of both development and infrastructure projects

Relevant experience in managing Oracle database security projects

Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases technologies and Oracle Enterprise manager environments

Demonstrable track record of delivering similar projects applying a methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK

Banking experience

Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization

Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving

Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

Able to work in fast paced environment

Strong conflict management skills

Strong communication skills

Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
