Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in an inpatient hospital or post-acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility programs.
- Client requires 13-week assignment availability.
- Must be able to comply with facility-specific policies and credentialing requirements prior to start.

- Facility Type: Hospital (inpatient rehabilitation focus).
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Hours: AM 8 (8-hour shifts).
- Schedule: Five days per week.
- Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
