Position Summary:

Technical Lead - Delphi and .NET Developer - responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining client/server-based applications using Delphi, C# (.NET), and SQL Server in an Agile environment. Collaborate with internal teams and L2 support to resolve issues and enhance product functionality. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. Regular interaction with QA, L2, infrastructure, release management, and change management teams to ensure application stability and availability.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Strong understanding of Agile methodology and development practices.
2. Expertise in Delphi and Firebird.
3. Good knowledge of C# (.NET) and SQL Server.
4. Familiarity with PL/SQL, batch scripts, and VBA.
5. Experience in Healthcare Industry
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Proven experience in managing offshore teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize applications using Delphi and .NET technologies.
2. Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
3. Implement new features and ensure code quality through reviews and unit testing.
4. Collaborate with L2 support team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
5. Analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes.
6. Prioritize and triage incidents for timely resolution.
7. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
8. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
10. Interact with QA, DBA, infrastructure, and release management teams.
11. Participate in governance discussions and management forums with customers.
12. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Certifications (Optional):

1. Engineering Graduate

Salary Range: >$100,000
