Technical Delivery Manager - Development & maintenance of client / server based applications using PowerBuilder, C#, VB script, PLSQL and SQL Server Database coordinate within the team for requirement clarifications and technical support. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products. Document development & support phases and monitor systems. Participate in management discussions (Governance discussion, Management forums with customer). Regular interaction with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams to ensure application availability. Domain Knowledge in Australia Healthcare
Position Summary:
This role acts as a leader within the delivery SQUAD team, guiding and mentoring junior team members, and ensuring all quarterly planned activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This position Responsible to coordinate with Product Owner for the requirements and To coordinate within the team for requirement clarifications and technical support. Reviews and ensures the quality of project deliverables, including code, test cases, and deployments. This role involves overseeing project planning, managing risks, and ensuring quality, while also leading and mentoring technical teams and managing stakeholders. Identifying and mitigating potential problems before they escalate. Drives continuous improvement in delivery processes and promotes best practices within the team
Mandatory Skills:
Required:
• Understanding of ITIL & SDLC or similar service management frameworks
• Expertise in frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
• Proven experience in managing end to end Delivery
• Power builder 12 & above (expertise), .net exposure
• Familiarity with platforms like AWS or Azure
• PL SQL (expertise)
• Batch scripts, VBA, VB script
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in managing production support team
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and testing client /server based applications using PowerBuilder, C#, VB script, PLSQL and Database.
• Work on Analysis, Estimation, development and unit test of the requirements.
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems.
• Delivery of Services end to end as per the defined contract for the engagement being managed and adherence of SLA's, Metrics and KPI's as per contract. Communicate with the customer on a regular basis to discuss operational issues and Critical to Quality(CTQ) delivery and to build rapport with the customer
• Monthly/Quarterly Business reviews with the client.
• Proactively identify opportunities for additional business with customer.
• Act as a Point of Contact to the customer on project related activities & escalation
• Prioritize issues raised and resolve it accordingly.
• Regular interaction with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA and application teams to ensure application availability
• Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Proposing and implementing process improvements to enhance production stability
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices related to production support
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
• creating delivery plans, managing risks and dependencies, fostering an Agile work environment, tracking progress, removing blockers, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.

Engineering Graduate
Salary Range: >$100,000
