Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
Review existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deployment.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead and coordinate business analysis activities across projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Job Requirements

Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Experience in ERP, B2C POS, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Logistics modules.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in documentation and process mapping.
Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
