ANALYST MCP Computer Products, Inc. dba Millennium Computer Products seeks full-time Lead CRM Solution Analyst in San Marcos, CA (Zip: 92078). DUTIES: Ensure seamless operation, troubleshooting & optimization of IT & CRM systems for customer sites serving over 600 daily users. Analyze business problems & recommend info, systems which align w/management goals. Design & maintain systems that facilitate efficient data exchange & meet organizational needs. Manage systems analysts. Work remote up to 2 days/week. REQ: Bachelor in Comp Sci, Info Sys, Math or related & 2 yrs exp, incl. 2 yrs exp. troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving Salesforce CRM integration components and back-end system malfunctions for CRM systems servicing over 200 users daily.
