Description
Adecco is immediately hiring a Solderer to join our client's PCB manufacturing team in Boise. In this role, you will perform precision hand‑soldering and assembly of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following quality standards, schematics, and work instructions. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, a solid understanding of electronic assembly processes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment while sitting for an entire 10-hours shift. 4-10s
M-Th 6a-4:30p $15-16/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hand soldering of through‑hole and surface‑mount components onto PCBs in accordance with IPC standards.
Inspect solder joints and assembled boards for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and work orders to ensure correct component placement.
Operate soldering irons, reflow tools, and basic electronic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
Perform rework and repair on defective boards, including removing and replacing components as necessary.
Maintain a clean work environment and follow all ESD, safety, and quality control guidelines.
Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals and resolve assembly issues.
Qualifications
Previous soldering or electronic assembly experience required; PCB soldering preferred.
Ability to meet IPC‑A‑610 standards (certification a plus).
Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to work with small components and follow detailed instructions.
Basic understanding of electronic components and polarity.
Work Environment
Production floor setting with exposure to small parts, solder fumes, and equipment.
Requires ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
