Listed is the base hiring salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to skills and experience. The salary range listed is just one component of the total rewards/compensation package offered to candidates.
Min = $62,613.88
Mid = $78,267.35
Max = $93,920.82
Summary:
The Organizational Development Consultant is a catalyst for developing and enhancing leadership effectiveness, team performance and organizational culture across Onvida Health. This role blends structured program development and delivery with nuanced consultative insight, to support initiatives such as engagement survey action planning, team development, and leadership learning experiences. The OD Consultant collaborates closely with the OD team and HR Business Partners to drive organizational culture and leadership practices that up-level Onvida Health. The OD Consultant is an integral part of the OD Team; with the over-arching aim to enable leaders & team members to thrive while delivering compassionate high-quality care to our patients and families.
Responsibilities:
Engagement & Culture: Serve as a key partner in the planning, administration, roll-out, and analysis of the organizational engagement survey. Translate data into meaningful insights for departments, supporting action planning that impacts culture. Co-develop materials and tools that help leaders at all levels understand and act on engagement feedback. Manages the effectiveness of New Employee Orientation in collaboration with the Organizational Development team and other key stakeholders. Evaluates content, flow, and recommends changes that continuously improve the new hire experience and positively impact retention.
Team & Leadership Development: Co-facilitate leadership development experiences, including monthly curricula and targeted cohort programs. Support team development engagements by preparing customized materials, conducting assessments, and partnering with senior leaders. Assist with shaping new leadership models or tools based on organizational trends and priorities. Develop feedback tools and methods for assessing learning impact, gather suggestions for improvement, and solicit ideas for future learning experiences.
OD Program Coordination: Lead coordination for select OD programs, including scheduling, communications, and feedback tracking.
Support learning experience logistics while gaining exposure to strategy and design.
Relationship Building: Build trust and credibility across the organization through thoughtful follow up, authentic presence, and high-quality support.
Serve as a thought partner across departments, modeling behaviors we seek to strengthen in our leadership culture.
Internal OD Support: Provide insights and creative ideas supporting the OD team's evolution and impact across the organization. Identify personal and team growth opportunities for OD.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Training, Communications, Business or in areas related to duties and responsibilities for this position.
3+ years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, succession planning, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness.
