Job Summary and Qualifications

Assists physicians in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. Performs delegated duties in support of the Electrophysiology Lab.

• Possesses sound knowledge and judgement in EP daily workflow.
• New referrals, triaging patients, answering phone calls and, scheduling for clinic days as well as EP procedures.
• Overseeing the coordination of patient care from initial consultation through follow up including rooming patients, taking vital signs, performing EKG, completion of med Reconciliation and patient teaching.
• Maintains patient logs inclusive of key elements necessary for patient tracking and revenue purposes.
